Monday Videos

Every Monday night, you'll participate in a live video exclusively for members at 7:00 PM EST - Eastern Standard Time. Adjust for your time zone.

If you can't attend live, a replay is available.

You don't need to keep track of the type of videos, but just for your information:

• Monthly Motivation - 1st Monday of each month. We will walk through the month's topic and activities.
• Community Connection - 2nd Monday. These fun videos are interactive and allow you to build relationships with fellow members.
• Christian Weight Loss - 3rd Monday. Join us for a meaningful devotion and discussion with a Biblical perspective.
• Member Q & A - 4th Monday. Ask questions live or submit questions in advance. No topic off limits!
