Hassle-Free Cancellation

We are 100% up-front about your membership and payments. We mean it when we say hassle-free.

You have the power to cancel your membership at any time.

Go to your Teachable profile (top right of this page) click your profile, and then click "membership," then click the "cancel" button. You don't have to email us for permission.

Of course, we hope you will stay a member, but we understand that weight loss journeys, life, and budget changes happen. We never guilt you into staying or make it super-complicated. (I HATE companies doing that to me, and I won't do it to you.)

If the membership lacks the support you need, please email us and tell us about it. We are doing our best, but we know our program can improve. Tell us about your experience so that we can do better. We aren't afraid of discussing hard things, so we'd rather you be honest and not try to spare our feelings.

1. Cancellation Request:

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through the online platform, Teachable. Simply log into your account and click to your profile in the top right corner. Here are the instructions for how to cancel your membership. 
  • The information is in the “Manage existing memberships and subscriptions” section, and there is a photo that shows the cancel button.
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 4 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

2. Refunds & Prorations:

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund if they request a cancellation within 10 days of purchase.
  • After the 10-day period, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months.
  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

3. Reactivation:

  • If you decide to rejoin, you can sign up anytime, but previous promotional pricing may no longer be available.
  • Important! If your billing option on file expires (like your credit card expires or your Paypal email changes), you are responsible for updating it. Teachable will attempt to contact you 2 times via email. After the 3rd failed payment, they will cancel your membership. If this happens, we cannot give you your original pricing. You are welcome to rejoin, but it will be at the current price.

4. Billing Disputes:

  • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction for review.
