Inside your Welcome Kit workbook is a sample meal plan. Use that as a guide for Mini-Challenge #2, which is to create a meal plan for next week.
At The Holy Mess, we set aside every Friday for planning the next week's meals.
Winners plan ahead, and YOU are a winner.
You can use the plan we gave you as written, use parts of it, or ditch it and create your own plan. Write your meal plan for next week using the blank sheet we provided.
Then, write a grocery list based on your plan.
Easy Meal Plan Tips
Here are a few helpful details about our meal plan:
- Notice that breakfast and lunch are automated meals. We picked 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches. This reduces overwhelm.
- Dinners don't require a recipe.
- You can go even easier with cans of soup, bagged salads, and frozen meals. No one is handing out awards for perfect meals here.
- This meal plan is a general guide. Adapt for your needs, increasing or decreasing the calories or points as needed. You are the boss of what you eat.
- WW points are figured for 2025, but WW is forever changing, so track it in your app for accuracy.
