The Holy Mess Rhythm

Before we offered a membership, we offered Challenges that were 3 days, 7 days, and 30 days long. People continually commented that they loved our challenges so much and didn't want them to end!

But we also knew that an intense challenge season can only last so long before you crash and burn. (As a former triathlete, I understand the importance of training seasons.)

God designed our bodies for times of challenge and times of rest.

The Holy Mess Membership reflects this. All months are equally important, but the activities and pace are different.

Learn & Grow Months

During these months, you build healthy habits and develop realistic strategies for fitting them into your busy life.

Have you ever hit a crisis, and suddenly, all your healthy habits disappeared? (I have.)

Learn & grow months help you build rock-solid habits that will last long-term.

Challenge Months

During Challenge months, you pick up the pace! You'll be challenged to do something every day, whether it's completing a daily do-able, sharing a food log, or another healthy habit.

These months are fun and invigorating. The work is more intense, but wow, is it a feeling of accomplishment when you are done!

You cross the finish line and celebrate! πŸπŸŽ‰
