Calorie Density

One of the most popular concepts we teach is Calorie Density. I had heard of calorie density but didn't understand its impressive aspects until I was 10+ years into maintaining my weight loss.

Calorie Density is a game-changer that makes weight loss faster and easier.



Keep the calorie density chart handy as a reference. Don't worry about memorizing or fully understanding it.

One crucial point is that green-category foods are not good, and red-category foods are not bad. Calorie density is how many calories are jammed into one bite of food. Red-category foods are indeed crazy-high in density (often 10x higher) than yellow and green-category foods, but they can still be healthy.

I also eat foods from all categories every day, so no category is off-limits.
