New! Monthly Mini-Challenges

Each month of membership includes a mini-challenge at the end of the month, which is a celebration of our progress together.

Here's how they work:

  • Complete the day's activity. Use the post in the Facebook group (or send us an email at [email protected]) to share your results. Your comment on that post or email is your entry.
  • One entry per person per day, so you get up to 2 entries per month.
  • We'll draw for a prize! New prizes every month.

August Mini-Challenge

  • August 28th - Eat 1x (one time) on this day without distractions. You can have people with you, but no phone, no TV, no computer, no reading. Sit and savor your food.
  • August 29th - Eat 2x (two times) on this day without distractions. You can have people with you, but no phone, no TV, no computer, no reading. Sit and savor your food.

Entries must be in by Saturday at 6:00 AM. We will announce the winners on Monday night's video.
